As per Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI act 2005, Government of India, Shriram Mahila Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya, Paniv, hereby declares that it adheres to all the rules and regulations of Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliating university, Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Womens University, Mumbai and University Grants Commission, New Delhi. College is a Non Grant-in-aid College offering co-education, run by Shriram Shikshan Sanstha, Paniv, registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 of Govt. of Maharashtra. The affairs of the college are governed by the Governing Body of Shriram Shikshan Sanstha, Paniv.

The College comes under Non-Grant-in-aid and Self-Financing category. Therefore, financial transactions relating to Non-Grant-in-aid are audited by the government agency and all other financial transactions are audited by external Statutory Auditor appointed by the Governing Body of Shriram Shikshan Sanstha, Paniv. The college has different Statuary Bodies constituted as per UGC guidelines. The amendments from time to time made in the RTI Act 2005, Government of India, Section 4 (1) (b) are implemented by the institution. The
