Postgraduate: M. Sc. (Analytical Chemistry)

Recognizing the need of Postgraduate education M. Sc. (Analytical chemistry) program was started in the year 2020 on non-grant basis. The intake capacity of this program is 60. College follows the university syllabus. Well planned academic calendar and timetable is prepared in the beginning of each term. A academic planer is provided to all teachers which is helpful to manage cover the syllabus within stipulated period. Classrooms adequate facilities like CCTV, Biometric attendance and ICT tools (including projector and smart board). Various reference books are available in the library. Computer lab with internet facilities is available for postgraduate students. Since its inception, college is keen to implement various curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development of students.

Along with curricular teaching students are exposed to experiential learning viz. internship in chemical industries, educational tours and research projects. The learning outcomes are excellent. Sports and cultural activities also organized by the college every year. Training placement cell ids actively working in college which is helpful for place many of students in various industries and organizations. This year 29 girls were selected in a placement drive of Eton India Pvt. Ltd., Pune. In academic year 2022-23 College organized two short term add on certificate courses for F.Y. M. Sc. Students to enhance their job potential. Various committees involving teachers and students are formed for smooth functioning of the administration policy of decentralization is followed. During the year 2021-22 our student Aparna Dattatray Sapkal secured first rank in M. Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) in SNDT University, Mumbai and obtained Gold Medal.
